Elmet Technologies Launches Mobile Version of Popular Web-Based Metal Calculator

Lewiston, ME.- March 5, 2019 – Available today, Elmet’s Calculator App allows you to make calculations for Molybdenum and Tungsten. Use the App to get information about the weight and properties of Elmet’s metal products.

The Elmet Calculator App was designed to be an easily accessible weight estimating resource for material engineers working with pure tungsten and molybdenum.  It provides material weight calculations for tungsten and molybdenum plate, sheet, foil, rod and wire.  The app also includes helpful facts and property data for both Tungsten (W) and Molybdenum (Mo) refractory metals.  To find the app please search “Elmet Calculator” in the Apple App Store. 

Elmet’s Metal Calculator is available for free in the US and other regions. The app is currently featured in English and requires an iOS 12.0 or later. It is compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
